    MISSION STATEMENT

    SECA provides an opportunity for students of all cultures to become familiar with the Portuguese culture through a variety of activities, events, guest speakers, and field trips. Club officers learn valuable leadership skills, while all members learn how to work together. Membership is open to all Hilmar High School students.
