9-11th Grade Chromebook Collection
9-11th GRADE CHROMEBOOK COLLECTION
On the last day of school, Thursday, June 4, 2026, ALL 9th-11th grade students will be returning their school-issued Chromebook and charger. This will happen in their 1st period class after the rally at 10:10 am.
THIS COLLECTION IS MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE, INCLUDING STUDENTS ATTENDING SUMMER SCHOOL.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Summer School Students:
- All summer school classes are online and require a Chromebook.
- After collection and check-in, we pull Chromebooks for summer school students and check them out for the summer school session.
- Your Chromebook will be in your teacher’s class on the first day of summer school.
Return Details:
First period teachers will monitor students and list missing items
- When: During your 1st period class, after the rally at 10:10 am.
- What to bring: Chromebook + charger (both are required)
How it works:
- You will receive a form with your name on it to identify your Chromebook for sorting and to report damages.
- If there is any damage to your Chromebook (screen issues, keyboard or touchpad problems, etc.), make sure to check the “device damaged?” box at the top of the form.
- In the center of the form, there is an area to fully describe the issue. EX: “The H, B, and backspace keys are not working.” This will allow the tech department to repair it over the summer using the insurance you paid for the 2025-26 school year.
Important – Insurance Notes:
- Insurance only applies to devices that are returned and checked in during this collection.
- If the device is not returned and checked in, damages incurred will be the responsibility of the parent/student to pay.
