AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) is a college and career readiness program that helps students develop the skills, habits, and confidence needed to succeed in high school and beyond. Students learn strategies for organization, time management, note-taking, studying, goal-setting, and college planning while receiving support and encouragement from teachers and peers. AVID can help students become more prepared, independent learners and better understand the steps needed to reach their college and career goals.
