Hello Hilmar High School Students and Families!

As we continue through the New Year and settle back in our routines, we want to take the time to remind families about Jacket Time. Jacket Time is our intervention and enrichment period that takes place every Tuesday and Thursday after 3rd period. Jacket Time provides students with the opportunity to seek out extra support, make up work, attend a club meeting, prepare for an upcoming school event or enjoy enrichment such a yoga or a great Career based guest speaker..... just to name a few opportunities! 

As a reminder, new Jacket Time sessions are available for students to schedule every Monday. On Monday, students may choose to schedule themselves for the week. Every student does have the ability to change or update their Jacket Time activity up until 9:00 AM the day of Jacket Time. If a student does not have the ability to choose a Jacket Time activity on a specific day, this is because a teacher, counselor or administrator has pulled the student into a specific activity. 

We encourage our students to take advantage of this opportunity and be intentional about their selections for Jacket Time. We encourage our families to make it a part of your regular routine to ask your student about Jacket Time and verify what activities they have scheduled for the week.
