Our schoolwide attendance is at 96.00% this week, right at our school goal. We know cold and flu season is here, and we understand that students sometimes need to stay home when they are sick. When students are healthy and able to attend, being at school every day makes a difference!
As we move through the second semester, remember that semester grades become part of students’ permanent transcripts. When scheduling appointments, please check Aeries and your child’s grades to choose a time that has the least impact on learning, especially in classes where they may be struggling. Once students fall behind due to absences, catching up can be difficult.
Please remember to report absences and provide doctor’s notes when applicable. You can use the Attendance button in the ParentSquare app anytime, day or night, and even upload a picture of the doctor’s note.
